Today let us talk about the high viscosity micro flow meter used for measuring polyurethane adhesive.

 

One of our Brazil customer ask us to give him a solution about how to control the mixing ratio of Polyurethane adhesive by flow meters.

 

They are doing a job together with SIkaflex to apply a polyurethane(medium) based adhesive in the mixing ratio of 10: 1 (data sheet attached) the volume to be applied is 50 grams per piece.

the mixer controlling by means of electric pulses the speed of the gear pumps by means of servo drivers.
