1. General-purpose magnetic flow meter: In metallurgy, petrochemical, papermaking, printing and dyeing, textile, water supply, sewage treatment and other industries, split-type medium and large-caliber flange connection methods are generally used; pharmaceutical, biological, fine chemical and other industries commonly use small and medium-sized flowmeters. Caliber, small-caliber instruments, integrated clamp connection or threaded electromagnetic flowmeters are suitable for many places.

 

2. Explosion-proof electromagnetic flowmeter: explosion-proof electromagnetic flowmeter is used in places with flammable atmosphere. Due to the large current energy of most electromagnetic flowmeters, they are usually designed as explosion-proof, sand-filled, potted and air-tight. But now some electromagnetic flowmeters have greatly reduced the excitation power, and there are also intrinsically safe types, which are previously called safety spark types. The flow sensor part and the conversion part are conditionally integrated, and they are all installed in the dangerous area.

 

3. Hygienic electromagnetic flowmeter: Cheese, food, medicine, biochemical and other industries require regular steam sterilization. The sensor should be easy to disassemble and clean. The material should be non-toxic and harmless. Sanitary electromagnetic flowmeters are developed to meet the above requirements.

 

4. Submersible-resistant electromagnetic flowmeter-applied to inspection wells installed under the ground, which can withstand short-term water intrusion, which is equivalent to IP67 or NEMA6 of the shell protection level; there are also electromagnetic flowmeter products equivalent to IP68 protection level, then Withstands long dives

 

5. Submersible electromagnetic flowmeter-used to measure the flow of water flowing naturally from the free water surface of open channels or partially filled culverts, such as industrial drainage and sewerage. The sensor is installed in the lower part of the open channel interception baffle and immersed in water for a long time.
